1976 Catalina 27′ sailboat

Very spacious for 27 footer with the aft dinette layout (http://www.catalina27.org/images/interiors-da.jpg) – feels larger than many 30′. A great low maintenance, leak-free family boat for the protected waters of the Gulf Islands, Howe Sound, Sunshine Coast and Desolation Sound. The shallow 4′ draft gets you into a lot of fantastic places. Sleeps 6 in a double v-berth, double on the fold-down table, single on the port settee and single quarter berth. Moorage is transferrable.

Boat comes with:

– 4 sails (main, jib, genoa, spinnaker)

– 2-stroke 15hp Mercury OB

– BBQ on rail

– 2 anchors (plow & danforth – new) each with 30′ of chain and 200′ nylon rode

– 1 fire extinguisher (an additional spare needs to be serviced)
