Hello all, I need help please! I wanna buy a nice pool table, however, I dont have much space in my house.

I thought about buying a 5ft table.
I really need your advice please, should I get a folding one? or maybe a non folding?

Are folding tables bad/good? Are they stable enough? Are they durable?
