Hi guys, I'm new to this please bear with me.

We have taken a delivery of a brand new pool table with royal blue felt yesterday but upon closer inspection, there are two lighter shade mark on the felt. Is it normal? (photos below).

We have told the the supplier about this but he just brushed us off and said it is bullshit and it can be fixed by brushing the felt off for few hours. I feel that it should come in perfectly without us spending hours brushing it.





Please let me know what you think.

PS: We are from Perth, Weswtern Australia.
