Renaissance name plate needed

I have resurrected my Renaissance La Paz table after many many years and somewhere along the line the brass name plate in the foot rail became missing. Where in the world can I get a replacement? It is rectangular about 1.75 in x 4 inches. The recess depth in the rail is about 1/16″.
Can somebody give me some guidance? I really do appreciate it.
