Terry 39D 39 feet park model trailer – located in a great trailer park south of Buckhorn – includes – A/C – 18 foot awning – bedroom tv shelf – 6 gallon water heater – electronics touch microwave – large skylight in bathroom – range cover – sink lid – stereo AM/FM – tint safety glass windows – tv antenna – tv – queen mattress – water heater by pass also includes deck – gazebo – shed – bbq – lawn mower – patio set. The trailers back room has a set of bunk beds with a double bed – shower with a bathtub – toilet – sink with a medicine cabinet – kitchen table ( which folds down to a double bed ) couch ( double bed ) – main bedroom with a queen size mattress – refrigerator with freezer on top – stove – oven double kitchen sink – asking price is negotiable depending when possession is agreed upon. – Contact for more pictures – the picture was taken April 2010 – before the gazebo was put up – the trailer park has a great pool, beach, common rooms with pool table and darts, horseshoe pits plus great events planned through the summer.
