We are the original owners and are non-smokers who had no pets. Used predominantly on summer weekends the last 2 years.

Interior includes dining and bedroom furniture, pull-out sofa, fridge/stove/microwave, tv, dvd/vcr, built in stereo system, air conditioning, all kitchen cooking/eating amenities & small appliances, and all bedroom/bathroom linen.
Exterior includes an outdoor fireplace, barbecue, patio table/chairs/umbrella, canopy swing/daybed, and storage shed.
The resort itself has a swimming pool/hot tub, children’s play area, tennis and basketball courts, and owners lounge with a pool table, table tennis and 50 in TV.
Our trailer is at a corner lot and is the LARGEST lot in the resort. We are one of the few that have a tree in our green space (our lot has 2) for shade on those hot summer days.
The resort hosts seasonal activities and entertainment for all age groups.
This secured terraced resort enables all lots to have views of the great outdoors. Across the resort is Aquadel Golf course and Maple Bay beach.
10 mins away in the heart of Cultus Lake you will find Cultus Lake golf club, Cultus Lake waterslides, aqua sports / boating and much more. 20 mins to steal head / salmon fishing.
