What year and model is this Peter Vitalie table?

I have a Peter Vitalie 8' pool table and I can't figure out exactly what it is. The slate says "Lotus" on it, but it doesn't look like the recent Lotus tables. Maybe they changed it over the years? If anybody recognizes it, could you let me know what it might be and about what year it might have been built. Any idea on the value of the table would be great as well.
