There seem to be some counterfeit Brunswick pool tables, claiming that they have a 1 piece slate. (which is not common.) Don’t buy it unless you see the eems to prove it is a 3 piece slate. Also if you are buying second hand, the owner should know this, but may not! If not ask, why he doesn’t know his own able. Don’t jump to quick to get a table if it sounds ike the owner doesn’t know his own table. If it is a one piece Brunswick I would likely run in the other direction ast, as that would make me question the entire table, and thus, the seller.
