Mint condition travel trailer, sleeps 7 people with one slide out for the table and couch. It has a queen sized bed, one pull out double sofa bed, two single bunk beds as well as a folding table that converts into a small bed. It also has a large white new aluminum awning that can be taken with the trailer and as well it also has its original material awning that is in great shape. It is stored in Osoyoos BC and it has been barely used in the last five years. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge, stove, oven and sink. There is heat and air conditioning and privacy blinds with screened windows throughout. The interior is blue and gray and there is both carpet and lino…….there is not a dent, scratch or tear anywhere to be found!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of storage!!!!!

FYI- The lot in Osoyoos seen in the pictures is also for sale. It is in the The Oasis RV Resort on Lakeshore road in Osoyoos BC. The resort is across from the lake and it has an in-ground pool and hot tub as well as a clubhouse, gym and washroom/shower facilities. The resort has it own warf on the water as well as boat buoys and a large private beach. This is a wonderful family resort just minutes from wineries and restaurants.
